The grapes for this wine are carefully selected and gently pressed after the harvest. Fermentation then takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine matures on the fine lees. In the glass, the Sauvignon Blanc Fumé is a bright golden yellow with delicate green reflections. The nose reveals a complex interplay of aromas of gooseberry, ripe citrus fruit and tropical notes such as mango and pineapple, complemented by subtle nuances of vanilla, roasted nuts and a hint of smoke.
