The Christian Bamberger Sauvignon Blanc Fumé is an exceptional white wine from the Nahe region that combines the aromatic freshness of Sauvignon Blanc with a fine, smoky wood note. The term "Fumé" refers to the ageing in wooden barrels, which gives the wine additional depth, complexity and a silky texture. An excellent Sauvignon Blanc for connoisseurs who appreciate an expressive, multi-layered wine.

The grapes for this wine are carefully selected and gently pressed after the harvest. Fermentation then takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine matures on the fine lees. In addition to its typical freshness and fruit, this maturation also gives it a creamy structure and subtle toasted aromas that harmonize perfectly with the lively acidity.

In the glass, the Sauvignon Blanc Fumé is a bright golden yellow with delicate green reflections. The nose reveals a complex interplay of aromas of gooseberry, ripe citrus fruit and tropical notes such as mango and pineapple, complemented by subtle nuances of vanilla, roasted nuts and a hint of smoke.
