Van Volxem Weissburgunder dry

The German winery Van Volxem is known for its predominantly dry wines with a moderate alcohol content.

The Pinot blanc grapes for the Van Volxem Weissburgunder dry grow on mineral-rich, fertile slate soils in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region. The grapes are harvested by hand on steep slate slopes. Spontaneous fermentation takes place after the harvest. The grape juice is matured for 5 months in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.

The Pinot Blanc is golden in the glass. A sea of aromas of ripe tropical fruit, stimulating spring blossoms and the finest notes of precious wood unfold on the palate. The full-bodied white wine has a long finish.

Enjoy the Van Volxem Weissburgunder dry with fish, mussels, asparagus and chicken.
