Its wonderfully multi-layered bouquet offers intense fruity notes, whereby aromas of red fruit predominate. On the palate, this port wine is elegant, well-structured and very aromatic. The freshness and fruitiness unite in perfect interaction. The finish is long-lasting.The port wine was aged for at least seven years in wooden casks. The Kopke Dry White Port has an intense bouquet offering notes of tropical fruit and floral aromas which unite in wonderful interaction. This port wine is a shimmering citrus yellow in the glass. It is velvety and dry on the palate, with a great structure and an amazing balance.Once you’ve opened the bottle, you should drink it within two to four months. The Kopke Dry White Port is an excellent aperitif. We recommend enjoying it well-chilled or over ice with salted almonds or olives. This port wine also goes beautifully with light starters like a salad with strawberries, for example. It is an ideal accompaniment to dishes with spinach and salmon as well.
