The Di Lenardo Sauvignon Blanc IGT comes from Friuli in north-eastern Italy. The Di Lenardo winery only uses vines of the Sauvignon Blanc variety for this beautiful wine.With its aroma of fruits such as melon and peach as well as tart notes such as yellow peppers and sage, it delights as soon as the bottle is opened and poured. A fresh acidity and light creaminess unfold in the mouth. The fine aromas of fig and tropical fruit linger on the palate. 12 °C is recommended as the optimum drinking temperature.Due to its balance and elegance, Di Lenardo Sauvignon Blanc IGT harmonizes wonderfully with fish dishes as well as poultry.
