The Patrizi Passo del Bricco Rosso Piemonte comes from the Azienda Vitivinicola Patrizi winery in the Piedmont region. This red wine is a cuvée of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. It owes its versatile bouquet and intense ruby red color with violet reflections to these grape varieties. It matures for eight months in barrique barrels.Its bouquet combines floral and fruity notes reminiscent of spring. This red wine offers aromas of violets and primroses as well as nuances of wild berries and cherries. A hint of vanilla and chocolate round off this wine. It also has plenty of body and is harmonious and velvety on the palate.A drinking temperature of 16 - 18 °C is recommended. The Patrizi Passo del Bricco Rosso Piemonte harmonizes excellently with various pasta dishes. It also goes well with hearty braised meats and individual cheeses.
