The Rio Lindo Syrah comes from the Spanish wine region of Castilla-La Mancha and is made from 100% Syrah. Matured in oak barrels, it develops subtle wood tones and a harmonious structure that complements its fruity and spicy notes well.

It has a purple-red color in the glass. Black fruits, spicy accents and a hint of vanilla can be detected on the nose, accompanied by subtle oak. On the palate, the red wine is balanced and round, with a pleasantly long finish.

The Rio Lindo Syrah is ideal with red meat, grilled steak or Iberian ham. The recommended drinking temperature is 16-18 °C to allow its aromas to fully develop.

The Barrica Monastrell Syrah comes from the Barahonda winery in the Spanish wine-growing region of Yecla. The blend consists of 75% Monastrell and 25% Syrah. The vines of this red wine are 40 to 45 years old and grow on calcareous soils at an altitude of between 500 and 800 meters. The Barahonda Barrica Monastrell Syrah has a ruby red color that shines bright and clear in the glass. The nose reveals an intense bouquet of ripe fruit, spices, light vanilla notes and some cedar wood. A strong minerality dominates the palate. A wine full of juice and power with notes of pepper and cloves. Matured in French and American oak barrels for a period of around 6 months, the finish is strong and round with a taste of vanilla and some leather.Try the Barahonda Barrica Monastrell Syrah with roast poultry, minced steak or paella. Also a very good choice with medium-strong cheese.

Die ausschließlich vom Weingut angebauten Rebsorten Garnacha und Syrah finden auch in diesem Wein Verwendung. Das besondere ist unter anderem, dass die Trauben ausschließlich mit nackten Füßen gestampft werden. Maschinen kommen also bei der Pressung der Trauben nicht zum Einsatz. Nur etwa 50% der Trauben aus dem Weinberg gelangen in den Wein, eine extreme Selektion also, die nur von Hand vorgenommen wird.Das ergibt einen tiefdunklen, fast schwarzen Farbton im Glas. In der Nase beherrschen Noten von reifen Beeren, Lakritz, Rosmarin, Thymian und Lavendel den Duft.  Am Gaumen prägt volle Frucht und Saftigkeit den charakteristischen Prados Fusion. Ein aufgeschlossener und offener Wein mit runden Tanninen und einem seidigen Abgang, der zum Weitertrinken einlädt.Servieren Sie den Pagos del Moncayo Prados Fusion zu gegrilltem Fleisch oder Wurstwaren. Ein Genuss auch zu klassischer spanischer Küche wie Paella oder Tapas aller Art.
