Am Gaumen hocharomatisch, mit einer feinen, unaufdringlichen Süße und großer Komplexität. Die Chardonnay-Komposition besteht aus kurz vergorenem Traubenmost, dessen Gärung durch Vermählung mit Weinbrand gestoppt wird.
