Dieser Limoncello wird hergestellt unter Verwendung der Zitronenschalen der alten "Limonaia" von der Burganlage Torri del Benaco direkt am Gardasee. Als Limonaia bezeichnet man einen historischen repräsentativen Garten für Zitruspflanzen. Diese wunderschönen, über 8 Meter hohen, hundertjährigen Pflanzen, die Teil des Schlossmuseums sind, liefern das Zitronenaroma für diesen Limoncello. The Amarula Cream is a liqueur made from the marula fruit, which grow on the eponymous wild tree (Sclerocarya birrea) in southern Africa. The ripe fruit are picked and the seeds and the pulp are removed. The skin is not processed. As in winemaking, the resulting mass is fermented. Subsequently, the liquid is distilled. The brandy matures for two years in French oak casks, giving it notes of toasted wood and vanilla.
