Geschmacklich bietet dieser Rotwein süßliche Nuancen, einen vollen Körper und den charakteristischen Fruchtkern. Im langen Abgang kommen all diese Aromen noch einmal zur Geltung.

The Lenotti Capomastro has a lovely, intense bouquet hinting of red berries. This particularly fruity and refreshing red wine is full-bodied, well structured, dry and very harmonious on the palate. The silky tannins are nicely integrated. This red wine from vineyards located on the southern shore of Lake Garda is a blend consisting of Corvina and Rebo grapes. The Rebo grapes are a hybrid of Merlot and Teroldego grape varieties. The Corvina and Rebo grapes are picked about two weeks after the “regular” harvest. Enjoy the Lenotti Capomastro with its intense red colour with spicy pasta, meat dishes and various cheeses.

Sie möchten das echte Sizilien schmecken? Dann lassen Sie sich auf den Stemmari Cecorato Rosso ein. In dem italienischen Rotwein werden die Rebsorten Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot und Shiraz miteinander vermählt. Shiraz und Merlot stammen von sandigen Böden und bringen sehr aromatische und zuckerhaltige Trauben hervor. Der Cabernet wird auf lehmigen und sehr fruchtbaren Böden angebaut. Fast getrocknet und dadurch sehr konzentriert werden die Trauben Ende September geerntet.Die Weinbereitung des Shiraz und Merlot erfolgt mit ausgewählten Hefen bei einer Temperatur von 22-24°C für 4-5 Tage. Der Cabernet hingegen wird mit Zugabe ausgewählter Hefen bei einer Temperatur von 26-28°C für 10-12 Tage venifiziert. Durch das regelmäßige Umpumpen zeigt sich ein sehr kräftiger Wein mit einem aromatischen Profil reifer Früchte. Anschließend wird der Cabernet 8-10 Monate in Holz ausgebaut und am Ende seiner Reifezeit mit der Merlot-Shiraz Basis vereint, was dem Rotwein Rosinennoten, einen kräftigen und vollmundigen Charakter sowie zarte und elegante Noten von Eiche verleiht.Diesen Wein weist ein sehr komplexes aromatisches Profil aus, das von den Noten von Kirschen und duftenden Früchten des Merlot bis hin zu den würzigen Noten des Syrah reicht. Der Cabernet ist nicht nur die Hauptstruktur des Körpers dieser faszinierenden sizilianischen Cuvée, sondern bringt einen Hauch von getrockneten Früchten und Vanille mit, die vom Ausbau in Barriques stammen. Die Struktur ist sehr angenehm dank der perfekten Ausgewogenheit zwischen den Tanninen des Cabernet und dem Restzucker von Merlot und Syrah, die zusammen den Wein dickflüssig, reichhaltig, vollmundig und weich zugleich machen.
