Der Pinot Grigio Sicilia IGT besteht zu 100 % aus der Rebsorte Pinot Grigio. Beim Anbau nutzt das Weingut die guten Bodenbeschaffenheiten und das warme Klima Siziliens, um Weine von hoher Qualität zu erzielen.

Charakteristisch für diesen Pinot Grigio ist sein intensiver Duft mit fruchtigen ebenso wie mit blumigen Nuancen. Typisch für die Rebsorte sind die Aromen von Apfel und Birne. Am Gaumen ist der Wein cremig und frisch.

Wunderbar schmeckt er zu leichten Vorspeisen, ebenso gut passt er zu Fisch- oder Pilzgerichten. Sie können ihn aber auch zu Pasta Carbonara, Tortellini oder Zwiebelkuchen servieren. Für den optimalen Genuss trinken Sie diesen Wein bei einer Temperatur von 10 bis 12 °C.

Cantina Andrian Pinot Grigio DOC

The grapes for the Pinot Grigio from the Cantina Andrian estate grow in vineyards located in the mountains of South Tyrol. The soils consist of limestone and clay, interspersed with white dolomite rock and Andrian porphyry. After harvest, the white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine matured for six months with yeast. The fruity bouquet recalls aromas of ripe honeydew melon, along with delicate floral notes. On the palate, the Cantina Andrian Pinot Grigio is juicy, soft and elegant.
