Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich vollmundig und weich. Charakteristisch für die Rebsorte Primitivo ist eine Kombination aus Fruchtaromen und Gewürznoten.Seinen Duft bestimmen fruchtige Töne von Pflaume und Kirsche. Dazu mischen sich würzige Rosmarin-Nuancen sowie ein Hauch Vanille. Ihren intensiven Geschmack verdanken die Weine des Guts Farnese Vini den fruchtbaren Lavaböden Apuliens.Dank seiner Ausgewogenheit ist dieser Rotwein ein begeisternder Begleiter zu rotem Fleisch und Wild. Ebenso harmoniert er hervorragend zu herzhaften Vorspeisen und reifen Käsesorten.
