The grapes for the That's Neiss Rosé are picked selectively by hand and directly mashed in order to release the tannins and the pigments. The grape juice is extracted using the traditional maceration system (saignée procedure). The extracted must has a light pink colour and is subsequently aged in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a wine that has a wonderfully fresh bouquet and is simultaneously powerful, fruity and slightly spicy. The That's Neiss Rosé is a cuvée consisting of local grape varieties that are refined with international high-quality grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, this rosé impresses with a stimulating acidity, rounded off by subtle tannins.
