The Pommier Petit Chablis AOC shows the accessible, fresh and charming side of Chablis. The Chardonnay grapes come from higher-lying plots with calcareous soils of recent geological origin (Portlandia). These terroirs give the wine its special lightness, floral nuances and pronounced freshness.

On the nose, it is light and floral with delicate aromas of white flowers that immediately reveal its elegant and playful nature. On the palate, it is direct, full-bodied and fresh, with clear fruit and a fine balance. Its refreshing acidity lends it liveliness, while a harmonious finish with floral notes and plenty of freshness makes for a particularly animating drinking experience.

The Petit Chablis from Pommier is a gourmet wine full of "gourmandise", ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes such as seafood, sushi, summer salads or mild goat's cheese. An uncomplicated, yet characterful wine that reflects the typicality of the region in a light and inviting way.

The Chablis 1er Cru Troesmes from the Pommier estate is an exceptional Chardonnay that combines elegance, depth and minerality at the highest level. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, complex and at the same time racy, with an unmistakable expressiveness of the Côte de Troesmes soil.The old vines, aged between 30 and 60 years, grow on the calcareous, white marl soils of the Côte de Troesmes. Careful hand harvesting in small 15 kg crates ensures that the grapes go directly into the pneumatic press intact - a process that guarantees maximum aromatic purity and concentration. In the vineyard, organic practices and natural care are used to preserve the terroir characteristics in the best possible way.Vinification combines tradition and precision: after 24 hours of juice clarification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place on natural yeasts in regulated stainless steel tanks (60% of the volume) and in carefully selected oak barrels of different ages. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are carefully racked, blended and lightly fined with fish glue to achieve maximum clarity and elegance. The 18-month maturation gives the white wine its remarkable structure and maturity, while its ageing potential of 8-10 years makes it a wine that accompanies special moments in style.Enjoy this Pommier Chablis 1er Cru Troesmes at around 14°C with oysters, fine fish dishes or delicate seafood - a wine for discerning connoisseurs that perfectly highlights the minerality and sophistication of the Chablis region.

Die Macherinnen und Macher von Constantia Uitsig schreiben von einem „Wein von außergewöhnlicher Qualität“. Die 4,5 Sterne (92 Platter-Punkte), die McDonald vergibt, untermauern dieses Urteil.Das Bouquet des Weißweins aus Constantia umfasst Noten von Orange, Melone und Pfirsich. Dazu kommen die perfekt harmonierenden Eichennoten.
