Beim Fattorai di Basciano Vin Santo del Chianti Rufina DOC handelt es sich um einen Süß- bzw. Dessertwein. Er entsteht aus den Rebsorten Malvasia und Trebbiano. Die Trauben werden einer besonderen Auswahl unterzogen und dann bis zum Februar des nächsten Jahres zum Trocknen aufgehängt. Nach der Gärung in französischen und slowenischen Eichenfässern reift der Wein bis zu 5 Jahre im Holzfass. Der Vin Santo von Fattoria di Basciano wird nur in den besten Jahren produziert und ist immer streng limitiert.Der bernsteinfarbene Süßwein mit goldenen Reflexen duftet intensiv nach Aprikose, Orangenschale, Vanille, Weihrauch und Trockenobst. Der Wein aus der Toskana ist vollmundig mit einem schönen Spiel zwischen Süße und Säure. Der zähflüssige und sirupartige Dessertwein ist ausgewogen und körperreich. Das Finale zeigt sich lang und intensiv.Probieren Sie den Vin Santo von Fattoria di Basciano vom italienischen Weingut Renzo Masi zu Gänseleber mit Gorgonzola oder zu Nusskuchen. Gorgo Custoza DOC 2024

The history of the terroir between Verona and Lake Garda, the passion of a family, the culture of a region - when you put all this into a wine, the result is Gorgo Custoza DOC. Fresh, fruity and slightly aromatic, this dry white wine is made from a complex blend of grapes at the Italian Gorgo winery and is characterized by its soft, juicy character.The certified organic Trebbianco Toscano, Garganega, Cortese and Tocai Friulano grapes are harvested by hand. After standing on the skins for a few hours, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Further ageing takes place for 4 months on the fine lees.This Italian white wine is light straw-colored in the glass. The nose exudes an intense aroma of flowers and white-fleshed fruit. Aromas of apple and peach on the palate. Freshness characterizes this wine full of character. The Gorgo Custoza DOC is particularly enjoyable at a drinking temperature of 10 °C. The wine is not only suitable as a fine aperitif, but also goes well with many dishes - from pasta and soups, seafood salads and vegetarian dishes to raw and grilled fish.

The Tuscan wine owes these aromas and its youthful freshness primarily to the high proportion of Trebbiano grapes. It pampers the palate with citrus notes and balanced acidity. The finish is pleasantly long and round.The Poggerissi Bianco di Toscana IGT is an excellent table wine at a drinking temperature of 10 to 12°C with dishes such as tapas, fish or fresh seafood.
