Der De Gras Chardonnay stammt aus dem angesehenen Weingut Viña MontGras, das für seine herausragende Weinqualität und sein Gespür für exzellentes Terroir bekannt ist. Dieser Chardonnay verkörpert die sonnige Frische des chilenischen Central Valley und begeistert mit seiner fruchtigen Eleganz und harmonischen Struktur.In der Nase Duftnoten tropischer Früchte nach Ananas und Bananen, deren Aromen sich auf der Zunge mit einer harmonischen, belebenden Säure zu einem, frischen, vollmundigen Gesamteindruck verbinden.Die Trauben für die DeGras-Weine stammen von eigenen Weinbergen im Colchagua Tal und werden ausnahmslos von Hand geerntet. Die Weine sind fruchtig und ausgewogen und vor allem unkompliziert zu genießen. Sie sind elegante sortentypische Vertreter ihrer Art.Der größte Teil der DeGras Estate Chardonnay wird in Edelstahltanks ausgebaut, um die Frucht nahezu perfekt zu konservieren. Etwa 15% reift 3 Monate in kleinen Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche, um dem chilenischen Wein eine feste Struktur und Würze zu verleihen. Dieser trockene Weißwein passt als Apéritif, zu Vorgerichten, Salaten, Fisch und hellem Fleisch.

Growing in vineyards located about 80 kilometres northwest of Santiago and just 30 kilometres as the crow flies from the Pacific Ocean, the vines benefit from a mild, maritime climate without sudden temperature changes, allowing the grapes to ripen in peace and preserve their juicy fruit aromas. In comparison to the vineyards situated further to the south, the grapes from the Casablanca Valley show slightly higher acidity, giving the Chardonnay a wonderful balance of aromas, alcohol and acidity.The Escudo Rojo Chardonnay is an ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood - grilled, roasted and with creamy sauces. Montes Reserva Chardonnay 2023

Der Montes Chardonnay besitzt den typisch fruchtigen Stil dieser Rebsorte mit einem saftigen Pfirsicharoma.Durch die 6-monatige Lagerung in amerikanischen Eichenfässern erhält er seine ausgewogene, dezente Vanillenote ohne dabei überladen oder allzu üppig zu wirken.Die Trauben werden entrappt und gelangen direkt in die Presse. Der Most vergärt und reift 6 Monate lang in amerikanischer Eiche. Lediglich 50% des Chardonnays machen den biologischen Säureabbau, so bleibt er besser frisch und körperreich. Vor der Flaschenfüllung findet eine Kieselgur und Schichtenfiltration statt.Trinken Sie den Chardonnay zu Salaten mit gebratenem Fisch und Krustentieren, hellem Fleisch und Pasta mit Sahnesoße.

The straw-yellow MontGras Antu Chardonnay from Chile is classic and elegant. The grapes for this single-varietal Chardonnay are pressed directly after the harvest and filled into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Fermentation is partly natural and partly malolactic. The 13-month maturation in barriques gives the Antu Chardonnay its special notes of vanilla, pineapple, ripe peaches and a hint of pear.
