This traditional Spanish sparkling wine has a brilliant yellow color with green hues and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, citrus notes and flavors of tropical fruit, wonderfully complemented by toast and brioche, so that the Cava offers a nice complexity. On the palate, creamy and long lingering.

The creation of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Parellada and 15% Xarel • lo and Macabeo was matured more than 12 months in the bottle.
