The Castel Firmian Moscato Giallo, produced by the cooperative wine-growers from Mezzacorona, is a wonderfully accessible taste experience from South Tyrol. The white wine has an intense bouquet offering tropical aromas and notes of sun-ripened fruit. On the palate, the Moscato is sweet and very aromatic.The intensively straw-yellow wine from the southern part of the province of Trentino near Lake Garda is partly made from yellow Muscat grapes that dried naturally on the vine. The Castel Firmian Moscato Giallo goes beautifully with desserts that are typical of the Trentino region such as apple strudel, fruitcake, dried fruit and biscuits.

Oude Kaap Rosé

The Blanc de Noir Rose is the rosewine of the Oude Kaap. This wine is made because the demand for Rose is back in the lift. The wine is made from a blue grape variety, the Pinotage.The light pink color is achieved by having the juice very briefly in contact with the skins, therefore giving it only a bit of it's color.It is a dry Rose, but certainly not a tight dry wine. The fruit, especially with characteristics of strawberry and raspberry, remains in the soft finish. Delicious fresh and soft wine that certainly does great as a summer fruity thirst quencher.Im Winter empfehlen wir den Oude Kaap Rosé als Basiswein für die Zubereitung von Rosé-Glühwein.

Der Donnafugata Kabir Moscato di Pantelleria ist ein Süßwein von außergewöhnlicher Struktur, der wunderbar frische mineralische Eindrücke mit blumigen, klassisch fruchtigen Noten verbindet. Die Trauben stammen aus Sudwestsizilien von der Insel Pantelleria und von Reben die zwischen 50 und 60 Jahre alt sind. Die Böden haben einen vulkanischen Ursprung und besitzen einen hohen Anteil an Zink, Kalium und Phosphor, was den Boden besonders fruchtbar macht.Der Donnafugata Kabir Moscato di Pantelleria präsentiert sich im Glas glänzend und strohgelb. Leicht goldene Reflexe verwöhnen das Auge. Der Duft des Süßweins ist unheimlich vielschichtig und reicht von reifem Obst, wie Nektarinen und Orange bis zu deutlichen mineralischen, erdigen Noten. Eine frische Säure ist am Gaumen angenehm in Kombination mit der Süße gut ausbalanciert.
