Es handelt sich um einen Blend aus mehreren italienischen Rebensorten, wie Chardonnay, Merlot, Moscato, Corvina, Pinot, Syrah und Vermentino. Die Vielfalt der eingesetzten Trester lässt viel Spielraum für das ganze Aroma, welches diesen Grappa auszeichnet. Marcati strebt beständig nach der Harmonie der Aromen und der Suche nach wertvollen Essenzen. The Marzadro Grappa Trentina Morbida is a wonderfully soft blend consisting of the Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer grape varieties. The grappa was produced in discontinuous coppers using the meticulous Bagnomaria distillation method. After distillation, it matured for several months in barrels in which the Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune grappa was previously aged. The distillate is rounded off by the breathing of the wood and the contact with oxygen, resulting in an aromatic and velvety grappa that has an intense and long-lasting taste.
