Der Veuve Clicquot Rosé wird auf der Basis der traditionellen Mischung vom Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label hergestellt. Die Cuvée aus Pinot Noir, Meunier und Chardonnay wird durch 12% Rotweine ergänzt. Die Trauben für die Rotweine sind spezielle Züchtungen, die dem Rosé eine wunderbare Balance geben. Das ausdruckstarke Bouquet bietet Aromen von Erdbeere, sehr reifen Walderdbeeren, Biskuit und getrockneten Früchten. Am Gaumen ist der kupfer-orange Champagner vollmundig mit einem frisch-fruchtigen Nachklang von großer Länge und Intensität.

Servieren Sie den Veuve Clicquot Rosé zu Thunfisch, Rindercarpaccio, Ente, roten Früchten und Tomaten oder genießen ihn einfach solo als Aperitif.

A many-hued colour with strong pink tinges and fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates and redcurrants.On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavours remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine.The champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reimsregion, and from Premiers Crus andGrands Crus. Its specific style and colour are the result of blending in 8% of red wine produced from a plot of old vines on the hill of Aÿ, and from a plot known as “Meurtet”. Both are particularly well sited and belong to Deutz. The red wine is made by our cellar-master. After almost three years ageing on its lees, the aromas have softened and harmonised, giving this Brut Rosé a particularly subtle nose, and a very interesting mixture of softness and freshness on the palate.This can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a meal, where it would provide the perfect foil for salmon cooked with mushrooms, beef carpaccio, duck with red berry sauces, roast lamb chops or certain fresh and creamy cheese, such as Chaource or Brillat Savarin.Also available as a 0,75 liter bottle.

Rosa mit warmen Kupfertönen und einer lebhaften Perlage, hinterlässt der Champagne Veuve Clicquot Rosé allein optisch Eindruck. Der Schaumwein ist „der roséfarbene Ausdruck vom Yellow Label, dem Aushängeschild des Hauses“, wie Veuve Clicquot selbst formuliert. Das Bukett ist wunderbar fruchtig und komplex. „Zunächst herrscht das Aroma frischer roter Früchte vor, bis sich nach und nach Noten bemerkbar machen, die an Biskuit, Hefegebäck, Mandel und Aprikose erinnern“, schreibt Kellermeister Dominique Demarville. Vor allem Erdbeertöne sind merklich.Am Gaumen ist die Assemblage kraftvoll und harmonisch. Der Schaumwein ist vollmundig, besitzt eine gute Struktur und eine eindrucksvolle, anhaltende Frische. Auch die Länge des Veuve Clicquot Rosé ist außergewöhnlich. 1818, vor mehr als 200 Jahren, erfand Madame Clicquot die Mischung für den allerersten Rosé-Champagner. Für den Rosé d'assemblage fügte sie dem Yellow-Label-Champagner etwas Rotwein hinzu. Seither wurde der Rosé weiter verfeinert. Heute ist er die edle Kreation, die weltweit so geschätzt wird. Trauben aus 50 bis 60 verschiedene Cru-Lagen in der Champagne und 30-45 % Reserve-Weine (bis zu 20 Jahre alt) bilden das Grundgerüst des Schaumweins: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, und – als kleinster Anteil – Meunier (15-20 %) im perfekten Zusammenspiel. Die Komposition wird dann für das fruchtige Aroma mit 12 % nicht-schäumendem Rotwein vollendet.
