Librandi Critone Bianco IGT

The Librandi Critone Bianco IGT is an excellent white wine from Calabria and brings summer to the table with its fresh aroma.This dry wine is a cuvée from the Sauvignon and Chardonnay grape varieties, which grow in the vineyards of Calabria under the constant control of the Librandi winery.The young wine was given the name Critone as a reminiscence of Socrates' disciples and the ancient wine culture. Its bouquet is reminiscent of exotic fruits, so you can literally taste juicy pineapples and mangoes from the tropics. A hint of green apples and apricots provides an additional aroma that ensures harmony and balance on the palate. Creamy yet juicy, the Critone Bianco caresses the tongue and offers a good structure on the finish with a hint of acidity.In the glass, this full-bodied white wine from Italy is straw yellow with wonderful golden reflections and goes very well with Asian dishes, fish and seafood and numerous other light delicacies at a recommended drinking temperature of 8 to 10 °C.
