Es handelt sich um einen Blend aus mehreren italienischen Rebensorten, wie Chardonnay, Merlot, Moscato, Corvina, Pinot, Syrah und Vermentino. Die Vielfalt der eingesetzten Trester lässt viel Spielraum für das ganze Aroma, welches diesen Grappa auszeichnet. Marcati strebt beständig nach der Harmonie der Aromen und der Suche nach wertvollen Essenzen.
