The Vigneti Zabu Syrah (Shiraz) offers notes of red fruit and fine, balsamic nuances in its bouquet. The southern Italian wine is full-bodied on the palate, with noticeable but nicely integrated tannins and a beautifully fresh finish.

The Sicilian cooperative association Vigneti Zabu is renowned for its production of high-quality wines. With this Shiraz, the community of several wine-growers from the hills above Lake Arancio offers yet another fine blend.

The Vigneti Zabu Syrah (Shiraz) is an ideal accompaniment to red and grilled meat, savoury starters and tangy cheeses.

Die früher nur zurückhaltend verwendete Traube Negroamaro findet hier die ideale Umgebung, um sortenrein hervorragende Weine hervorzubringen.Der charakteristische Duft nach roten Früchten und Johannisbeeren bereitet mit einer zarten Kräuternote sehr vielversprechend auf den ersten Schluck vor. Dieser ist weich, körperreich und mit einem Anklang an Schokolade fein akzentuiert. Die Tannine sind trotz ihrer starken Präsenz sehr angenehm. Auch der Nachklang kann durch ein langes Finale überzeugen.Die Rasse dieses Weines entfaltet sich am besten bei 16 bis 18 °C. Reichen Sie dazu gut gewürzte Vorspeisenplatten aus italienischen Köstlichkeiten, oder gönnen Sie sich elegante Fleischgerichte mit rustikalem Einschlag. Käse ist ein besonders überzeugender Begleiter, sobald er eine mittlere bis starke Reife erreicht hat.
